Anointing Oil Practice

We create a sacred practice of prayer and renewal when we practice a daily anointing ritual. Through these alchemical scents, we are initiated into centuries of tradition and ceremony that align and attune our body/being with the plant’s ancestral wisdom. Lovingly place a few drops of Dream in the palm of your hand, rub your palms together. Bring them to your face, and take four deep, slow inhalations, letting the scent envelop you. You may anoint your third eye, and temples. Dream may also be applied before you go to sleep to prepare yourself for conscious dreaming, for shamanic journeys, for yoga nidra, or meditation practices.
